Realm of the Goddess by Sabina Khan (Review)

Starting right off the bat with fluid writing and a strong character voice, Realm of the Goddess is a very unique book with action, adventure and romance. Callie is the vessel of the Hindu goddess of many arms, Kali. Destined to save the world from evil, and in the process save her family and best friend.
A unique concept for a young adult novel. This is the first Hindu mythology YA novel I have encountered up to date so it was truly unique. It was very interesting and smooth read. The character development was pretty solid for the majority of the characters, minus one or two lesser characters that were neglected. Beyond that, the story seemed to flow like water, which is a beautiful thing in a novel. I really do recommend this novel, especially to those who enjoy mythology and stories based around it. I give Realm of the Goddess FOUR OUT OF FIVE STARS!
