Acne, Asthma, and Other Signs You Might Be Half Dragon by Rena Rocford (Review)

In a world of magic and mythical creatures, Acne, Asthma and other signs you might be half dragon, Allyson is not going through puberty as she believes, but is actually turning into a dragon. This newly discovered magical legacy opens the doors to a world of trolls, griffons, unicorns and magic wielders. In this world her best friend, Beth, is falsely accused of killing a unicorn boy and they are sent on the run to prove her innocence.
I found this story, surprisingly, boring. It was a long read that seemed to drag on. Plot wise, the story was not well developed and was not written in a way that would keep the readers attention. Beth and Allyson were also not very well developed and definitely had a lot of room for improvement. There is not much else to say about this book besides that it was very boring and not that well written. The theme of the novel had lots of potential, but in the end did not live up to expectations. I do not recommend it and I give Acne, Asthma and other signs you are half dragon the rating of ONE STAR OUT OF FIVE!
